PERFECT FOR THE FIRST TIME YOGA STUDENT AND FOR THOSE WHO WISH GENTLE MOVEMENTS WITH LIGHT STRENGTHENING, DEEP STRETCHING AND RELAXATION. YOGA POSTURES ARE PRACTICED WITH MODIFICATIONS RECOMMENDED AS NEEDED. |
